Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using Masar CRM ("the Service"), operated by Masar CRM Technologies AB ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use our platform.
2. Description of Service
Masar CRM provides an omnichannel messenger sales pipeline and automation management workspace supporting Instagram Direct, WhatsApp Business, and TikTok Lead Form integrations. The Service is made available on a Software-as-a-Service ("SaaS") subscription model.
3. Account Registration & Multi-Tenant Security
You must provide accurate and complete registration details, including your Full Name, Company Name, and valid corporate Email Address. Each account owner is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials. Masar CRM employs multi-tenant data isolation techniques to safeguard tenant pipelines.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing Terms
Subscription fees for Free Trial, Starter ($29/mo), Pro ($79/mo), and Enterprise ($199/mo) plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. You may upgrade or modify your subscription tier at any time via the Settings > Billing section.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service for sending unsolicited spam, violating WhatsApp or Instagram API guidelines, distributing malicious software, or harvesting unauthorized user data. Violation of acceptable use terms results in immediate account suspension.
6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish and European Union law, Masar CRM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions or third-party API changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
